Local Course Offered
C.D.A.R. will be offering one of the foundation courses for the designation: Building an Exceptional Customer Service Referral Business on October 13-14, 2008. This course teaches how to refocus your business strategy and develop a customer-service centered, repeat and referral business plan with practical insight from acclaimed instructor Frank Serio. Cost for the two day course is $395.
